Self catering holiday gite accommodation in France. Two french self catering gites equipped to a high standard in Dordogne, France, with a secure fenced pool for a memorable relaxing holiday.

A lot of thought has gone into making this apartment very suitable for small children. The standard of workmanship and fittings are of the same high standard as in Les Glycines but the property is slightly smaller and the style less rustic.

The property has three bedrooms. 1 double and 1 triple, both being spacious and airy with large windows looking out over the front garden. The third bedroom has a full size set of bunk beds. The larger window in this bedroom has a lock on it and the smaller one retains its original iron bars making it suitable for children. There is ample room for the 2 folding beds if required. There is also a conveniently situated upstairs shower room with hand basin and toilet.

The kitchen has a stainless steel sink unit, dishwasher, microwave cooker, large fridge and fitted cupboards and shelves. The 5 burner gas range cooker has a safety rail over the hob to ensure that pans cannot be pulled over. There is a long table with seating for eight people in comfort.

The lounge area has comfortable seating with TV and video. There is a fully fitted downstairs bathroom and a small utility area with freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, etc.

The floors are all of polished chestnut, oak or tile, and again there is a safety gate at the top of the stairs. The décor has been carefully chosen to enhance the architectural style of this part of the house, which is less rustic than Les Glycines, whilst incorporating modern day amenities.

French doors open out onto a small breakfast terrace at the rear of the property.

As well as the small breakfast terrace at the rear of the property there is a patio at the front, extending under the trees and facing the pool and children's play area.This area has floodlighting, a barbeque, table and chairs and is seperated and made private from the terrace of Les Glycines by a jasmine and honeysuckle screen.
